How VioCreate handles your data

This Privacy Policy explains what information VioCreate collects, how we use it to provide AI creation tools, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.

Information we collect

VioCreate may collect account details such as email, name, login provider, locale, timezone, and authentication state. We also process prompts, uploaded images or videos, reference files, generated outputs, saved assets, task status, credit balances, and billing or subscription status.

How we use information

To create and manage your account, projects, generated tasks, saved assets, and credits.
To send image, video, hair analysis, and related requests to the selected AI provider.
To provide billing, subscription, credit reservation, automatic failed-task refund, support, abuse prevention, and security features.
To improve product reliability, debug failed requests, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Uploaded and generated content

Uploaded files, prompts, generated images, generated videos, posters, previews, and saved assets are processed so VioCreate can provide the requested service. We do not use your uploaded or generated content for model training or to train VioCreate-owned AI models.

AI providers may process content according to their own service terms when you choose a model powered by that provider.

Storage, cookies, and security

Media and generated assets may be stored in object storage such as R2 so you can view, download, and manage results.
We use cookies or similar identifiers for authentication, guest usage limits, fraud prevention, and product functionality.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate VioCreate, including hosting, storage, authentication, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics, email, security, and customer support tools.

Your choices and contact

You may contact feedback@viocreate.com to request help with account access, privacy questions, content removal, or deletion requests. We may need to verify your account before processing certain requests.
