The user agreement for VioCreate

Using VioCreate

You may use VioCreate to create, manage, save, and download AI-generated images, videos, and related outputs. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

User content and generated outputs

• You must have the rights and permissions needed for the prompts, uploads, references, and other materials you submit.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.
• VioCreate may remove content or restrict access when content appears to violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, law, or third-party rights.

Credits, subscriptions, and cancellations

Credits may be reserved when you start an image or video task. Failed tasks are refunded automatically when the system confirms the task did not complete. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and one-time credit pack refund details are summarized on the Pricing page FAQ.

Acceptable use

You agree not to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, sexualized deepfake, non-consensual intimate, illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or high-risk content. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Service changes and availability

AI providers, model availability, generation quality, speed, pricing, and credit costs may change over time. VioCreate may update, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and limits

VioCreate is provided on an as-available basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a specific use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VioCreate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination and contact

We may suspend or terminate access if an account appears to violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, law, or platform safety requirements. Contact feedback@viocreate.com with questions about these Terms.
